She took the time to do an initial walk thru and gave me a list of recommendations to get the best possible price. Sarah contacted and secured 3 quotes from local contractors. While the improvements were underway Sarah supplied me with comps. from the area and we arrived at an initial asking price. Sarah remained on top of views and constantly made suggestions. When we received an offer she again made recommendations. Her attention to detail was amazing and she was on top of everything from our first contact to the closing.
